Top Dog is owned and operated By Eliza and Scott Lucas. These two are completely dedicated to the craft of making the perfect hot dog....every time. One taste and you will see why. Top Dog was inspired by the PBS documentary A Hot Dog Program. Scott Lucas, a Boston area DJ, was looking for a safety net in his life in case the radio thing never really worked out. Eliza is a freelance video producer. Both are enjoying the dual careers and just love The Top Dog...you will too!!!! Hours of Operation Spring: April school vacation week until the end of June Monday – Thursday 11A – 4P Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11A – 7P Summer: End of June until Labor Day Sunday – Thursday 11A – 9P Friday & Saturday 11A – 10P Fall: Labor Day until Columbus Day Monday – Thursday 11A – 4P Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11A – 7P Winter: Sometimes we open weekends from Columbus Day until Christmas.
